How To Order

  1. To order our ornaments, please see our sister website at WaikikiChristmas.com
  2. What methods of payment do you accept? We accept VISA and MasterCard only. However, at this time we are only accepting credit card charges through our telephone orders.
  3. Can I order by telephone? We are presently processing previous orders.  However, you can send us an email at Info@JosephK.com and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
  4. Can I order online and pick up at one of your retail stores on Oahu ? Currently, this is not an available option. If you live on Oahu and would like to pick up an item at one of our four (4) retail outlets, you will need to visit the store and purchase your item there directly.
  5. Where are your stores located and what are their hours? We have four (4) retail outlets in Hawaii , on the island of Oahu :
    • Pearl Harbor Navy Exchange – 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM .
    • Dole Plantation - 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
    • International Market Place - 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM 
    • Outrigger Reef on the Beach hotel - 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  6. I can’t find an item on your site; can I still order it? If you cannot find the item you are looking for, please email our Customer Service at info@JosephK.com  and a Customer Service Representative will be able to check on the availability & pricing of the specific item you are interested in.

  7. Can I get a discount if I purchase a large quantity of gifts? YES! Orders of $500 or more will receive discounts that increase as the size of your order increases. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, specials, coupons, etc.
    • Order Value: $ 500 = 5% Discount
    • Order Value: $1,000 = 10% Discount
    • Order Value: $1,500 = 15% Discount
  8. How can I inquire about or change my order? For questions regarding your order or changes to an existing order, please email us at info@JosephK.com. Changes will only be accepted if an order has not yet been processed and/or personalized. Adjustments to an order (i.e., change in personalization, product type, etc.) cannot be accepted once and order has been already been processed and/or personalized.
  9. Can I cancel an order? Once an order has been placed, it is non-cancelable. You may, however, adjust your order (i.e., change product type or personalization, etc.) provided that your order has not yet been processed and/or personalized. Please contact Customer Service at Info@JosephK.com
  10. How can I get a price quote for a business/wholesale order? Wholesale information is available for business/store owners, entrepreneurs, etc. Business credentials, including a copy of a Tax ID License, must be provided. Please email the above our your further questions to Customer Service at Info@JosephK.com.
