- Can I return an item that I have ordered? Joseph K. & Co., LLC stands behind the quality of every product we sell. However, personalized products are non-returnable. If you have purchased an item that has NOT been personalized and is plain, we will accept it’s return in accordance with the following terms/conditions:
- A Return Authorization Number (“RAN”) must be obtained – contact Customer Service at Internet@JosephK.com. Items that are shipped back without a RAN will be refused and/or will not be credited back.
- Customer is responsible for freight cost to return product.
- A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed and deducted from the credit amount.
- Returned item must be unused and in new & saleable condition.
- The item I received is defective – what do I do? We pride ourselves in the quality and workmanship of our products. In the rare instance that we have shipped you an item that is not 100% free of defect, a replacement will be sent immediately. Please contact Customer Service at Sales@JosephK.com
- The item I received is not personalized the way I ordered it – what do I do? Call Customer Service at Internet@JosephK.com. A replacement will be sent immediately and a call tag will be issued.
