Shipping & Handling

  1. What are my shipping options? All shipments are sent via USPS- Priority. Expedited shipping options are available. Please contact us at Internet@JosephK.com for additional shipping rates. 
  2. When will my order be shipped? Your order will be personalized and shipped within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed.
  3. When will I receive my order? Orders are shipped via US Postal Service and can take 3-5 business days for delivery, once the order has been shipped. Including processing time, you can expect to receive your order within 6-8 business days after placing your order.  For Holiday 2010 orders, the last day to ship by USPS Priority Mail is December 15th.  After that date, for an additional $12.00 fee we can still ship via Federal Express but the last day shipping day is December 21 for your order to arrive December 24.    
  4. How much does shipping cost? Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the shipment, including the personalized product and packing materials. We believe in charging fair and reasonable shipping fees.  If we can ship your order for less than our standard website charges, we will adjust your shipping charge accordingly.  Federal Express requires an additional $12.00 for up to 10 ornaments.  Call for additional rates.
  5. How do I place an international order? Currently, we do not ship orders directly to destinations outside of the U.S. We can ship a personalized item to you and once you have received it, you can then forward it to an international destination using the carrier of your choice.
  6. How will I know when my order has been shipped? If you have provided us with an email address, you will be sent a Notification advising you that your order has been sent. If we do not have your email address, no pre-notification will be sent. You may inquire about the status of your order by emailing: Internet@JosephK.com.
  7. Can I confirm shippment of my order online? If you have provided us with an email address, you will be sent a Notification once your order has been sent. If we do not have your email address, you will not receive this notification. You may contact us at: Internet@JosephK.com, to request the shipping confirmation number for your order and can then view it online at: www.USPS.com.
  8. Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses? Yes but only though the US Postal Service.
